With the coordination and presentation of the honorable CEO of the company Mr. Dr. Zangoui Nejad last week, the location of the Hot Tab and the branching of the feed and gas transmission line of the complex was determined and finalized.

Steps to do the work:

1- Identifying and visiting the field and specifying the location of the sounding in order to comply with safety principles during drilling

2- Sounding and access to the pipe location by the contractor approved by the gas department and the gas transmission company.

3- Manual digging of suitable points (smooth pipeline path) by observing safety principles

4- Radiographic operation to find the longitudinal seam of the pipeline

5- After confirming the proper location of the pipe seam, remove the pipe insulation in the appropriate length and approved by the gas department and the gas transmission company

6- Test (lamination test) to check the condition of the pipe in terms of corrosion

7- Re-covering the pipe with proper insulation according to the announced standards

8- The excavated place was back filled with suitable materials.

By carrying out the above operations, while finalizing the branching location of the integrated gas line (300.19 kilometers of the 20-inch line from Andimeshk to Dehlran), the pressure of the line that is supposed to supply the complex in the future was determined, and today we know that the pressure of the line in question is between 650 and 700 psi and this pressure will decrease in the following years and this should be considered in the design.
